Tony came out on a hot summer day and did a great job cleaning out a deer mouse infestation in my car. Got everything vaccuumed up, santizied, and fogged clean, all for a flat rate quote. Pleasant dude and nice service all around, would recommend.

They helped us deal with a family member’s home that had level 4 hoarding and extreme infestation by cockroaches and some mice. We had initially used another firm that was recommended to us, specializing in trash and junk removal. After they removed some items, they found they were unwilling/unable to complete the job in this hoarding situation. My wife did some research and located Bio-One, a locally owned firm in DC that specializes in hoarding cleanout. We spoke with Tony Holloman, a co-owner at Bio-One DC who conducted a review of the property and recommended what we needed to do. Tony is knowledgeable, very easy to deal with, respectful and understanding with the mental issues driving people to hoarding. We hired Tony and his firm right away and they were able conduct the clean-out and clean-up almost immediately upon our schedule. Tony and his crew and Bio-One clearly are experts in their field, were able to completely clean out, disinfect and fumigate the entire residence and stayed until the job was completed. The work was amazing and the entire house was sparkling clean! The work was professionally conducted, Tony and his team of experts were respectful of the residents and very easy to work with. The results were beyond our expectation – and all done at a fair, reasonable price. From the first time I spoke with Tony he assured me that he could help with cleaning out my deceased sister home. I was relieved because I never dealt with a hoarding issue before. And didn't know how to handle the issue. I had a very positive experience with Bio-One DC. Everyone I dealt with was professional and kind. They were extremely responsive and did an amazing job and offered to do extra tasks to help us out. While they were in the unit, they would FaceTime to ask questions to make sure they understood what we wanted and show us the progress they were making. The finished product was better than expected. When I found dead mice and mouse droppings in my garage, I had no idea who to call or where to begin to clean it up. Tony was incredibly helpful when he came by to take a look. His team came a couple of days later and carefully disinfected my boxes and moved them into a storage unit. They did a thorough cleaning of my garage all within a day. I highly recommend these folks for those jobs that you can't just hire a maid service for.

I contacted Bio-One DC on a Thursday to provide an assessment of a barn on one of the Park locations for the removal of Raccoon Feces. Tony immediately responded to the site within 30 minutes and provided a quote for services. Later that afternoon, I was sent an estimated proposal for Remediation of the site the next day. The team arrived on a Friday and immediately went to work. The location was engulfed with Raccoon feces on the stairs and both levels of the barn. Upon completion, the staff sent me pictures bolstering how impressed they were with the clean-up and how good it now smells. I appreciate the professionalism of the Bio-One DC team and efficiency of the service.
