Bio-One of Chester County partners with many local businesses that generate medical waste to help remove and dispose of it. As a locally-based company, we’re proud to support our community in this way.

We follow state guidelines for the safe removal and disposal of our regularly scheduled medical waste pickups. Weekly, monthly, and quarterly transportation is offered from facilities such as:

  • Medical examiner offices
  • Hospitals
  • Nursing homes

If you produce medical waste, we can dispose of it for you. Our clearly marked containers prevent any user error during transportation and disposal. When done correctly, the risk is minimized and our job is complete. 

We offer training to teach paramedics and first responders how to deal with medical waste. Many healthcare workers come in contact with it every day.

Our training involves methods of how to best handle it as well as how to limit risks associated with its handling.

Bio one Chester county Just recently did a job for me. I had dogs that Peed on a concrete floor in the basement. Several other companies were not able to guarantee they could get the smell out. Bio one Was able to. They Took the smell out and were reasonably priced punctual and very friendly. I would definitely recommend Bio-one if you have any type of pet odor or any odor in general.

What an amazing experience. A member of my family has struggled with hoarding disorder for many years. It wasn’t until I came by to visit that I found that it had progressed to the point where her house was extremely dangerous and hardly livable—bags piled to the ceiling in every room, and every desk drawer and cabinet filled to the brim. Some windows were inaccessible and had not been opened in years. I called Bio One to inquire and the owner, Tom, thoroughly answered all my questions and walked me through the process and gave me cost estimates. Over the course of a few days, I watched Tom and his very respectful cleaning team transform her house from a garbage dump into a beautiful home. Bio One literally changed our lives for the better. I highly recommend them. They’re really the absolute best!!

I needed a rapid turn-around on an apartment clean up for my Senior loved one who had an unfortunate fall into some self neglect and squalor. I conducted an internet search, and was able to reach Tom. I spoke with him in depth avout my family's needs. He was compassionate, and efficient. On the day of clean-up he and the crew were on time and eager to get to the job. Tom was honest and realistic about the job. The team were extremely patient and affectionate to the pets that were caught in the clean-up. Tom kept in touch throughout the clean-up until the end. I would refer them to anyone who finds themselves in this type of crisis needing a company that is professional, compassionate, trustworthy and efficient.

When I called they gave a prompt response and set up an appointment for 2 days away and that was excellent. We settled on a date for the service to begin and they were prompt and on time. Amazing job and staff!! They cleaned and sanitized from COVID-19 my entire apartment and also my car. Their staff are very friendly and profesional. They have all the equipment necessary, very professional!. They were very nice to my dogs, they explain me all this products won’t harm them and they were very thoughtful on making sure our dogs would be safe the entire process. Definitely would hire their services again without a doubt!!
