Hired Bio-One to clean out a family member's hoarder home. Owner and all employees were professional, responsive, and tireless, as well as patient and supportive. Being connected to a hoarder home can feel shameful but I never felt judgment from Bio-One personnel. The team worked diligently to remove ruined items and search for valuables and mementos. We had contacted Bio one following the death of my mother, and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Ralph's customer service is top of the line, the house was cleaned, carpets ripped, floor painted, house deodorized, and dead animals disposed of for literally thousands less than the quote from Burgraff. On top of all of that they are offering to have some potential buyers come out and help me sell the cleaned house. I have the utmost appreciation for how much easier this company has made my grieving process and would highly recommend anyone in a similar situation to reach out to these guys.
