We were moving my parents into an assisted living facility after they lived in their home for over 20 years. Rene and his team came in and helped us organize, clean, facilitate donations and handled all the trash. They understood the stress we were under and dealt with us professionally and compassionately. "Very thorough and respectful of belongings in home.The trailer I had was an absolute disaster, I had no idea how things got away from me so bad. I had two technicians come and help me clean out the trailer, I couldn't believe how many bags they pulled out! Some mice had made their way into the trailer as well but they worked on it regardless! After spraying a fog throughout the trailer and disinfecting it, it almost felt like I was getting a new trailer entirely! When they showed the before and after pictures to me it was night and day! Anytime the team was unsure of whether or not something needed to be rid of, they always asked instead of just getting rid of it. Incredibly non judgmental and incredibly kind team! Went above and beyond, and didn’t leave until the job was finished."

Renee hooked it up. Taylor was AMAZING! She was everything we were hoping for. She worked with my 7 year old whose only wish was for her to be fun. And she delivered. Was able to to navigate through years of busyness and all of my and my child’s emotions, staying compassionate about our situation. Taylor could survive anything. Poor thing was stuck in the autumn San Diego heat. And kept a calm attitude through it all. Grateful for their services and choosing the right people.

Recently hired Bio-One to assist with the daunting task of deep cleaning of our family bar. Rene and his team were timely and professional. Not hesitating to jump into the thick of it they set off to work and uncovered areas within our establishment we had never thought could be hiding grime and dirt. Rene and his team used all natural solutions and not chemicals ones so there wasn’t the typical nauseating smell that leaves you with a head ache. Over all I could not be happier with the result as the bar looks and smells brand new. We’ll be using them for future clean ups !!

We had to have an apartment deep cleaned and they did a wonderful job! They reorganized everything beautifully, and we were very happy with how responsive they were. We would use them again in a heartbeat!

They did a great job on a bedroom a relative had left in horrendous condition in my grandmother's home. They were on time, polite, efficient, and worked really hard. They left no messes behind, and even helped me take out some extra stuff that was in the kitchen. They are an excellent team! Also they didn't mind my grandmother's dog and were very gracious!
