We needed a bio clean out for a condemed property that had been sitting for two years. Bio-One responded to our request and scheduled the clean out in less than a week. This was during the Christmas to New Year time. They were efficient and the place looked wonderful when completed.

They were exceptionally sensitive to a rough situation, extremely professional, and gave us a very reasonable quote. Very timely. The work was done beautifully and quickly, and they made it look like a "home" again. Nice extra touches too. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone (personal or business). It's clear these folks take great pride in their work and their business. I'll be keeping their card around and will call again if needed!!!"

David and Angie responded immediately and were onsite within 45 minutes in response to a death at home that resulted in serious decomposition. They are professionals who are well-equipped to thoroughly clean, remove waste, sanitize, and eliminate pervasive odor with ozone. They returned each day for 4 days until they and we were confident that their job was complete. They are a great team who does everything well to assure excellence. We highly recommend them.

David and Angie were real life savers for my niece who has special needs. They were responsive to our calls and questions. I new I could not do it and when I found them and talked with them, I knew I had found the right team. David and his team arrived on time and worked so hard to restore her apartment to a clean safe environment for her to live in. My niece was treated with kindness and respect and participated in the decisions on what to keep and what to throw away. I highly recommend them.
