I was helping a friend recover her home from an animal hoarding situation, and the staff at Bio-One was very compassionate and professional. They completed an amazing amount of work in 2 days and made the home safe and sanitary again.

The Bio-One crew handled the hoarding situation with the hoarder in the home with amazing skill. They worked with the hoarder with great skill and moved items out in bulk. They were fantastic.

I had trash everywhere, boxes of things I'd never opened, year-old dishes left in the sink, year-old food left in the fridge, and a pet I hadn't cleaned up after--it was bad. I had so much stuff that I'd created pathways around my apartment. Family occasionally asked to visit from out of town, but people could not safely enter, so I visited them, instead. Friends would ask to come over, but I'd arrange for us to go out for dinner. Once I got past a certain point, I didn't know how to get myself out of that situation. I gave up and called Bio-One to take care of it for me. That was the best decision I made in a long time. They did a great job; my apartment went from uninhabitable to clean and spartan within a day. It really takes exceptionally kind, empathetic, and hard-working people to do the kind of work they do, and I deeply appreciate they exist. For the first time in a long time, my apartment feels like a home.

My spare room was floor-to-ceiling boxes, and had collected even more stuff over the years! The room was so bad that you couldn't even get in the door! That's when I broke down and realized I needed help from a professional and hired Bio-One! They were fast and left the room clean and smelling great! They found mold and cleaned it before they left! They never judged my mess and were totally great at letting me go through each box before it was put in the get rid-of pile. They even found all the items on my list that I asked them to look for! I finally have my spare room back!
