I became so overwhelmed by the end I was in a more hopless mindset then when I began! I was left staring at a list of companies in the area for hoarders. After I hit the send button in my email, I told myself I couldn't be any worse off were nothing to come from my desperate cry for help. Turns out that was the best decision I ever made. And even better for one in my state of depression, I had accomplished this still sitting on my couch. Bio-One Dayton made a bad experience with our rental property, bearable and fixable. From the initial call with Jonathan, meeting with Kaitlyn for the estimate, work status updates from Andrew and the final walk through with Andrew, the quality of work and services performed by Bio-One was excellent.

The Bio One team was headed by Andrew and included Chelsea, Maggie and Will. They all performed their tasks with enthusiasm and efficiency. All four worked without any need for instruction and took a break mid-morning, a short lunch and in mid-afternoon. Their cellphones were left outside so there were no I interruptions.
