I moved into my hoarder, deceased mothers house thinking I could clean it up. Instead, found myself deep in the same type of depression she was in. Instead of cleaning, I contributed to the mess. I contacted Bio-One and I am so thankful, greatful and blessed to have met this group. They are so understanding, caring bunch I would recommend them to anyone that needs help, and embarrassed or overwhelmed to ask for help. Had our dog pass away very early this morning, required a lot of cleanup inside, they came and took care of it no questions asked. Arrived 20 minutes after called, cleaned everything within 2 hours.

They were all so understanding, professional, and kind in what can often be an embarrassing situation. I never felt pushed to get rid of things I didn't want to part with, and they really helped me clear out the chaos I was living in. I cannot thank them enough and am so incredibly grateful. I was overwhelmed and didn't know where to begin, and I could NOT have done it without them. They went above and beyond, all without changing my fee. I could go on, just cannot say enough about how they helped me - physically and mentally - get back to a more peaceful life that I'd let get out of control. Tim, Frannie, Hannah, Mark, and James - THANK YOU!! While I hope to never see you guys again (ha!) I will never forget you and what you did for me.

When my mom passed away her house was in really bad shape. We found Bio One and they drove 2 hours to help us clean out and dispose of everything because of it’s condition. They helped us tear out all of the flooring and even sealed one of the floors for us. These after picture look amazing and they put a lot of hard work in to complete the job in 8-10 hours. The crew was very nice and polite and they saved as much of my moms stuff as they could for me. I have to brag on Marc because from the day we first spoke he made sure to check in on a regular bases and I have even spoke to him again after there job was done. Bio One also worked with our insurance and even the insurance adjuster commented on how wonderful it’s been to work with them. Our job was a biohazard job and they took care of it within days of my mom passing which took a lot of stress and relief off of us Thank You Marc/Tim and the bio-one crew

I recently hired Bio-One to do a single room cleanup. Tim was very courteous and professional in all my discussions with him and the young woman he sent on-site to do the work was equally courteous and professional. The unexpected death of a family member left us with an apartment in horribly bad shape. Tim and his crew came in and in an amazingly short period of time emptied out all of the piles of trash, clothing and other items. They not only cleaned the apartment, they also separated out items of value (like social security cards, documents, photos) for us to bring home. Tim was super to work with as he dealt with things in a compassionate, friendly, and professional manner. I'd highly recommend Tim and his team.
