Tim Lockard is the owner of Bio-One of Columbus. As a paramedic for almost 20 years, Tim understands the need for compassionate help for families who have experienced tragedy. His years of experience in emergency response have given him an intimate understanding of how to help families in crisis. Tim and his team bring this professionalism and expertise to every job. He has a true passion for helping others and serving those in his community.
The unexpected death of a family member left us with an apartment in horribly bad shape. Tim and his crew came in and in an amazingly short period of time emptied out all of the piles of trash, clothing and other items. They not only cleaned the apartment, they also separated out items of value (like social security cards, documents, photos) for us to bring home. Tim was super to work with as he dealt with things in a compassionate, friendly, and professional manner. I'd highly recommend Tim and his team.

When my mom passed away her house was in really bad shape. We found Bio One and they drove 2 hours to help us clean out and dispose of everything because of it’s condition. They helped us tear out all of the flooring and even sealed one of the floors for us. These after picture look amazing and they put a lot of hard work in to complete the job in 8-10 hours. The crew was very nice and polite and they saved as much of my moms stuff as they could for me. I have to brag on Marc because from the day we first spoke he made sure to check in on a regular bases and I have even spoke to him again after there job was done. Bio One also worked with our insurance and even the insurance adjuster commented on how wonderful it’s been to work with them. Tim answered the phone on the first call. He was super nice and very accommodating. Then he sent the most amazing crew along with Marc. Marc was so compassionate and so helpful. They went above and beyond to turn the house back into livable condition. They managed to turn a 3 day job into 2 days. Marc kept in touch the whole time, they were very respectful of the items in the house and were even able to save things we thought were beyond saving.
