Tom is the owner of Bio-One of Chester County. Tom grew up in New York and has a business degree from Loyola College of Maryland. He has worked as a Sales Manager in a variety of industries, from professional sports in New York to Unclaimed Property in King of Prussia. Coming from a military and law enforcement family, helping people is what drives Tom and what led him to joining the Bio-One family. Tom and his wife, Kathryn, have a newborn son Vincenzo, and live in Chester County. They enjoy spending their time traveling and hiking at Marsh Creek.
Bio one Chester county Just recently did a job for me. I had dogs that Peed on a concrete floor in the basement. Several other companies were not able to guarantee they could get the smell out. Bio one Was able to. They Took the smell out and were reasonably priced punctual and very friendly. I would definitely recommend Bio-one if you have any type of pet odor or any odor in general.

Amazing Service! When I simply didn't know where to turn when dealing with a situation in my elderly mother's home, Tom was there! I needed a rapid turn-around on an apartment clean up for my Senior loved one who had an unfortunate fall into some self neglect and squalor. I conducted an internet search, and was able to reach Tom. I spoke with him in depth avout my family's needs. He was compassionate, and efficient. On the day of clean-up he and the crew were on time and eager to get to the job. Tom was honest and realistic about the job. The team were extremely patient and affectionate to the pets that were caught in the clean-up. Tom kept in touch throughout the clean-up until the end. I would refer them to anyone who finds themselves in this type of crisis needing a company that is professional, compassionate, trustworthy and efficient.

Tom Gervasio, the owner, is very professional and responded to our call quickly. He was flexible and able to work around the condo association’s restrictions for dumpsters. His crew was friendly and very helpful during the stressful situation. They were able to locate important paperwork despite the garbage, animal feces, etc. I highly recommend Bio-One.
