Daniel and Hope Paffe are the owners of Bio-One of Charleston. Both have spent most of their lives in Texas until recently moving to Charleston, SC. Hope spent the better part of the last twenty years as the owner/operator of a 48 bed Psychiatric facility specializing in the care of clients with Alzheimers, Dementia and Psychiatric conditions. Dan spent the last 25 years as the owner of various healthcare and laboratory related businesses, the latter specializing in forensic drugs of abuse testing. Both owners are excited about the opportunities to take their Bio-One franchise into the realm of clandestine laboratory cleanup utilizing high tech equipment and cleanup methodologies. They have recently signed a multi state agreement with a large federal drug agency to dismantle, bulk remove, transport and destruct clandestine laboratories and their material makeups. Dan and Hope have 7 children and their motto is to Livetired!
